Enterprise Cheshire and Warrington (ECW) is an economic development organisation with a vision to be the healthiest, most sustainable, inclusive and growing economy in the UK. One of their key focus areas is the development of the region as a low carbon energy hub and, as part of this work, they wanted to gain a clear understanding of how people felt about the low carbon projects being undertaken in the region.

I recently joined the C3 team to bring my experience in cross functional communications and digital marketing to our diverse range of projects. My background spans thirteen years across the energy, construction, and infrastructure sectors.

Our first big project as C3 Communications, Pippa's role was central through the examination, working closely with multi-disciplinary colleagues across bpEnBW.

C3 Communications worked with newcleo’s project team from August 2023 until the suspension of the UK project was announced in July 2025.

STEP is one of C3’s biggest projects so far, with both Saranne and Pippa working in different areas.
