About Us
Co-founded in 2023 by Saranne Postans and Pippa Waterman, and now with an expanded team of associates, C3 has a wealth of experience working on some of the UK’s most significant infrastructure projects.
Saranne and Pippa have played key roles in many big projects through their careers, spanning nuclear fission and fusion energy, off-shore wind, battery storage and hydrogen pipelines, and airport expansion. We’re passionate about redefining engagement, ensuring it's genuine and builds trust from the get-go to support successful reputation development and delivery.

Pippa Waterman
Co-Founder & Director
Pippa specialises in community engagement, public consultation and examinations as part of the Development Consent Order process for large infrastructure projects. Pippa has played a leading role in coordinating consultations for several successfully consented NSIPS.

Saranne is highly experienced in communications and community engagement for large infrastructure projects, predominately in the nuclear sector. Skilled at engaging stakeholders and communities at all levels and a natural team leader.

Annabelle Waterman
Communications & Administration Officer
Annabelle looks after C3 by managing the team, processes and data to make sure everything is running as efficiently as possible (invaluable)
as well as supporting communications and project tenders/proposals.
With a background in both public and private sector, Annabelle brings a wealth of experience within a range of corporate structures of all sizes.
